تأثیر سرمایه فکری در ظرفیت نوآوری و مزیت رقابتی کسب‌‌وکارهای کوچک و متوسط

چکیده

امروزه از سرمایه فکری به‌منظور خلق و افزایش ارزش کسب ­وکارها استفاده می‌شود و موفقیت یک سازمان به توانایی آن در مدیریت این منابع کمیاب، بستگی دارد و مهم ­تر از آن، دستیابی به این منابع می ­تواند به مزیت رقابتی در حوزه کسب‌وکار منجر شود؛ از این­ رو در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر سرمایه فکری بر مزیت رقابتی از طریق ظرفیت نوآوری پرداخته می‌شود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه مدیران واحدهای صنایع غذایی شهرک­ های صنعتی شهر کرمان هستند که در مجموع 97 نفر از مدیران به‌عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد و برای تجزیه ­و­تحلیل آن‌ها، روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی به‌کار رفت. بررسی نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از سرمایه فکری با ارتقای ظرفیت نوآوری کسب­ وکارها به ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در کسب­ وکارهای کوچک و متوسط منجر می­ شود.

چکیده [English]

Intellectual capital is used to create and increase business value and the success of an organization depends on its ability to manage scarce resources and more importantly, through these scarce resources can achieve a competitive advantage in their business areas. The present study examines the impact of intellectual capital on competitive advantage through innovation capacity. In terms of type, this research is a descriptive – correlation. Survey of all managers Kerman's food industrial estates are a total of 97 samples were considered as directors and Data were collected through questionnaire and analysis of information and software PLS regression was used. The results of this study indicate that the application of intellectual capital to achieve competitive advantage in small businesses facilitate through the innovation capacity of businesses.
