[English]

Meeting customer requirements with minimum cost in order to increase the value is one of the main challenges of the organizations, and organizations are looking for effective methods to achieve this aim. One of the most effective methods in the world is the implementation of lean production and in particular to achieve "Just in time Production", through "Pull Production". However, most organizations have faced problems in the deployment of the system and the expected results are not achieved. In this Research the key factors affecting the successful implementation of pull production systems with experts are based on 17 factors and six outputs which are assessed and prioritized using the TOPSIS technique. Furthermore, a comparative study of the effects of key factors on the results of "Pull Production" system implemented 10 projects in the automotive parts manufacture members of the IRANKHODRO supply chain in which the performance is measured and prioritized. The results indicate that the most important Key success factors in implementing pull production system are as follows: protection and management commitment, teamwork, smooth production, process management, continuous improvement and planning rules.
