تبیین ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان جهت دستیابی به محصول در کلاس جهانی با روش وو

چکیده

سازمان تولید در کلاس جهانی قادر است بهترین تولیدکننده در جهان باشد و با‌ارزش‌ترین محصولات را تولید کند و بیشترین نرخ بازگشت را ازطریق اجرای راهبرد رقابتی سازمان به‌دست آورد. در آینده‌ای نزدیک تنها بنگاه‌های اقتصادی می‌توانند در فضای بین‌المللی حضور داشته باشند که در کلاس جهانی قرار گیرند تا بتوانند به سرعت مشتری‌مداری را توسعه دهند. در پژوهش حاضر با مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای معیارهای بنگاه‌های اقتصادی کلاس جهانی شناسایی شد و 14 عامل که تناسب بیشتری با جامعه آماری داشتند و بیشتر مدنظر کارشناسان و مشتریان بودند، انتخاب شدند؛ بدین منظور رویکرد ماتریس تحلیل عملکرد برای شناسایی و دسته‌بندی و شاخص‌های اثرگذار برای دستیابی به تولید محصول در شرکت ماشین‌ابزار «ایران‌خودرو» به‌کار گرفته شد؛ سپس با توجه به مدل نهایی، راهبرد بهینه برای مدیریت هر یک از شاخص‌ها ارائه شد؛ درنهایت با استفاده از روش وو (Wu) با توجه به خروجی‌های ماتریس، رتبه‌بندی نهایی هر یک از عامل‌ها مشخص شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که 5 عامل قیمت، کیفیت محصول و پاسخگویی سریع، بهبود مستمر و اعتبار شرکت زیربنای دستیابی به تولید محصول در کلاس جهانی هستند.

چکیده [English]

Globalization will lead to expansion of trade among different nations and and in the near future. In order to present in the international environment which is world-class, the firms are obliged to get customer oriented. The ideology of world class manufacturing associated with the challenges of strategic planning, So that best practice, has attracted experts in the science itself. World class manufacturing organization can be the best manufacturers worldwide. To produce the most valuable products and to obtain the highest rate of return by the implementation of competitive strategies.The main goal of this paper is to offer a model to evaluate the organizational performance to achieve the world class product according to customers' requirements. By studying the literature review of world class manufacturing, 14major identification factors were identified in the form of a questionnaire presented to the experts and managers of Iran Khodro machine tool Group.In order to specify the relationship and sequence of these factors through IPA method and WU approach. The results of the model indicate that 5 factors, including: price, product quality and quick response, continuous improvement and reputation of the company are the foundation for achieving the world class product. The managers can apply the results for production improvement and world class manufacturing achivement.
