چکیده

بخش‌بندی تأمین‌کنندگان، پایه و اساس تصمیمات مدیران زنجیره تأمین با هدف مدیریت و توسعه تأمین‌کنندگان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه رویکردی پویا برای طراحی استراتژی مدیریت و توسعه تأمین‌کنندگان است. در این پژوهش به‌دلیل اینکه علاوه بر ویژگی‌های تأمین‌کنندگان، ویژگی‌های اقلام خرید در طراحی این استراتژی‌ها نقش مهمی دارد، از رویکردی دومرحله‌ای استفاده شده است. در مرحله نخست، اقلام خرید بر اساس معیارهای مناسب و با رویکرد پرتفولیو طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند؛ سپس در مرحله دوم، تأمین‌کنندگان هر طبقه از اقلام خرید بر اساس دو بُعد توانمندی و تمایل و معیارهای متناسب با هر طبقه از اقلام خرید در این دو بعُد بخش‌بندی می‌شوند. درنهایت برای هر بخش از تأمین‌کنندگان در هر طبقه از اقلام خرید استراتژی‌های مناسب مدیریت و توسعه تأمین‌کنندگان طراحی خواهد شد. در طبقه‌بندی اقلام خرید و بخش‌بندی تأمین‌کنندگان ابتدا معیارهای مناسب بررسی‌شده از مبانی نظری پژوهش با روش دلفی تعیین می‌شوند؛ سپس وزن معیارها با روش بهترین ـ بدترین (BWM) به­‌دست می‌آید و در ادامه با استفاده از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره، اقلام خرید در طبقه‌ها و تأمین‌کنندگان در بخش‌های مرتبط با خود موقعیت‌یابی می‌شوند. درنهایت این روش برای اقلام خرید و تأمین‌کنندگان در یک شرکت تولیدی اجرا و نتایج شرح داده خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

Supplier segmentation is the basis for the decisions of supply chain managers with the aim of managing and developing suppliers. The purpose of this study is to provide a dynamic approach to designing strategies for supplier development and management. In this research, a two-step approach has been used because the characteristics of purchased items play an important role in the design of these strategies. In the first stage, purchased items are classified according to purchasing portfolio matrix and proper criteria.Then, in the second stage suppliers of each purchased items group are segmented based on two dimensions such as willingness and capabilities. Finally, for each segment of suppliers in each class of purchased items, we provide suitable strategies for supplier development and management. In this work, we used the Delphi method on order to select the best criteria. Then, the criteria weight are determined using Best-Worst method. In the following, the purchased items and suppliers are positioned using MADM method (PROMETHEE). We tested this method for suppliers in a steel company, and the results are explained.
