طراحی مدلی برای ارزیابی آمادگی اجرای شش سیگما در شرکت ایستاوین

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر، استفاده از فنون شش سیگما گسترش زیادی داشته است. در دنیای رقابتی امروز شش سیگما می‌تواند برگ برنده شرکت‌ها برای بهبود کیفیت و کاهش هزینه‌ها باشد؛ اما نکته مهم این است که این ابزار باید در سازمان‌هایی به‌کار گرفته شود که آمادگی لازم را برای اجرای آن را داشته باشند. آماده‌نبودن برای اجرای شش سیگما به ناامیدی کارکنان، مقاومت و مخالفت در سطوح مختلف سازمانی و درنهایت شکست پروژه منجر می‌شود؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش مدلی برای ارزیابی آمادگی شرکت­ها برای اجرای شش سیگما ارائه می‌شود؛ بدین منظور ابتدا شاخص‌های ارزیابی آمادگی برای اجرای شش سیگما شناسایی و روابط بین این شاخص‌ها از طریق مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری تعیین می‌شود؛ سپس درجه اهمیت و وزن شاخص‌های تعیین و درنهایت ابعاد ارزیابی آمادگی اجرای شش سیگما رتبه‌بندی می‌شود. نتایج نشان می­دهد که به‌ترتیب ابعاد «رهبری و چشم‌انداز»، «انتخاب درست» و «مدیریت بهبود و فرایند» دارای اهمیت بیشتری هستند.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, a growing desire has emerged to use Six Sigma techniques. Six Sigma can win companies to improve quality and reduce expenses in today's competitive world. But the important thing is that this tool should be used in organizations that are prepared; unprepartion for Six Sigma implementation leads to frustration among staff at different organizational levels and finally creates resistance and opposition against the project. The aim of this research is to assess the readiness of companies to provide Six Sigma implementation. For this purpose, first readiness indicators were identified for the implementation of Six Sigma, then to determine the relationship between these indicators interpretative structural modeling was applied. Finnaly through ANP weight of indictors were determined.The results showed that the "leadership and vision", "right choice" and "management improvement process" are more important.
