The industrial revolution is a unique opportunity for developmental leaps. The first industrial revolution became the engine of growth and development of countries that were able to deploy and use it quickly. Other industrial revolutions had winners and losers in development. The fourth industrial revolution is no exception to this rule. Countries that can implement the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution in a shorter period of time will be leaders in quality and modern production as well as the optimal use of resources. Undoubtedly, appropriate industrial policy is the most important prerequisite of countries in this regard. Different countries have developed various policies for the establishment of industry 4 in their industrial policies. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and investigating the prerequisites for the establishment of the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution in Iran's industries, and after counting 10 factors, the cause and effect relationship of the factors was investigated using the Fuzzy Dimetal method. Finally, it was concluded that in order to implement the technologies of industry 4 in the country, the policy maker should establish a regulatory body for this field in such a way that, while covering the research costs of this field, it should plan the penetration of technology in the industries and By being in charge of amending the laws in this field, manage the financing of this field as well.
