Increase in transportation have led to a drastic increase in the costs related to transportation, this increase in cost leads to an increase in the final product price and as a result, an increase in the price of the product. Also, the economic aspect is not the only consideration, and the increase in transportation leads to an increase in CO2 emissions. In this article, by developing a mathematical model of vehicle location-routing under conditions of uncertainty and considering reliability, an attempt has been made to simultaneously optimize sustainable objective functions while maintaining minimum reliability.
Due to the non-determinism of the parameters of the mathematical model, various types of stable possible methods have been used in formulating the model. Also, two exact methods and meta-heuristic algorithm have been used to solve the multi-objective mathematical model. For the analysis of model in small size as well as the sensitivity analysis of the model, the epsilon method of the reinforced limit is used, and for solving the numerical examples in larger sizes, the NSGA II algorithm is used. َAnalysis show that although the increase in the uncertainty rate has led to an increase in job opportunities, it has also increased the total costs and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. Also, the studies show that the RPP-III method has obtained the highest model stability cost with the lowest standard deviation. By analyzing 10 numerical examples, it was also observed that NSGA II has a high efficiency compared to the enhanced constraint epsilon.
