چکیده

امروزه به­ دلیل شتاب روزافزون روند جهانی‌سازی در سراسر دنیا زنجیره تأمین ابعاد جدید به خود گرفته و بسیار پیچیده‌تر از قبل شده است. زنجیره تأمین هوشمند باید از طریق فناوری‌های مختلف و به­خصوص اینترنت بتواند امکان تبادل اطلاعات سریع در کل زنجیره‌ تأمین را فراهم کند. در پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی به­منظور ارائه مدل زنجیره‌ تأمین هوشمند برای ارائه خدمات در صندوق کارآفرینی امید صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش از روش داده‌بنیاد مدل اشتراوس و کوربین (1998)، استفاده شده و تا اشباع نظری مصاحبه‌شوندگان پیش رفته است. جامعه آماری به‌صورت هدفمند از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران صندوق کارآفرینی امید انتخاب شده­اند. در مجموع 14 مصاحبه عمقی نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. از متن مصاحبه‌ها 1165 کد باز احصا و درنهایت 38 مؤلفه اصلی انتخاب شدند. برای کدگذاری از نرم‌افزار Atlas TI نسخه 8 استفاده شده و مؤلفه‌ها شناسایی و مدل مفهومی پژوهش ترسیم شد. مهم‌ترین مقوله‌های محوری شامل جریان اطلاعات هوشمند، جریان منابع مالی هوشمند و فناوری اطلاعات، ارتباطات هوشمند، شفافیت، اشتراک‌گذاری و نیروی انسانی متخصص است. مؤلفه‌های سایر عوامل در ذیل مقوله‌های اصلی دسته‌بندی و سپس نتایج و پیامدها حاصل از اجرای زنجیره‌ی تأمین هوشمند در چهار سطح شرکت، مشتریان، جامعه و دولت تقسیم‌بندی شده است.

Designing a Model for Intelligent Service Supply Chain Based on Grounded Theory (Case Study: Omid Entrepreneurship Fund)

These days, due to the increasing acceleration of globalization process all around the world, the supply chain has taken on new dimensions and has become much more complex than before. This research is a qualitative study to propose an intelligent supply chain model for providing services in Omid entrepreneurship fund. This research has been conducted by grounded theory approach, Strauss and Corbin model and it has progressed to the theoretical saturation of the interviewees. Population of interest were selected through purposeful sampling from university experts and managers of Omid entrepreneurship fund. A total of 14 semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted. From the text of the interviews, 1165 open codes were counted and finally 38 codes were selected as main components. To code, atlas TI software version 8 was resorted and the components were identified and a conceptual model of the research was drawn. The most important major factors include intelligent information flow, intelligent financial resources flow, information technology, intelligent communication, transparency, sharing and expert human resources. The components of other factors are categorized under the main categories and then the results and consequences of the implementation of the intelligent supply chain are divided into four levels: company, customers, community and government.
