مدل تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی: رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده

در سال­‌های اخیر، تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران را به خود جلب کرده است. چندین جریان ‏پژوهشی در این حوزه وجود دارد؛ اما این زمینه از مدل‌های مفهومی جامع بی‌بهره مانده است. در مطالعه حاضر، با اتخاذ رویکرد اساسی نوبلیت و هیر (1988)، روش فراترکیب برای دستیابی به مدل استفاده شده است. 10 مطالعه محوری موجود در این زمینه بررسی شده است. سه مرحله اصلی ‏کدگذاری برای دستیابی به مدل نهایی این مطالعه انجام شد. در این مدل شرایط سببی ‏تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی با تصمیم کارآفرینی که به­عنوان گروه اصلی در نظر گرفته شده بود، ‏ترکیب شد. راهبردهای تصمیم‌گیری (کار عملی) نیز تعیین شده و به مدل نهایی وارد شدند. ‏این مدل نشان‌دهنده زمینه و شرایط مداخله‌کننده در تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی و پیامدهای ‏تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی است. در­نهایت جنبه زمانی تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی بُعدی است ‏که در این مطالعه شناسایی شده و به مدل اضافه شده است و ماهیت پویا زمانی ‏تصمیم‌گیری کارآفرینی را نشان می­دهد.‏
