طراحی زنجیره تأمین با رویکرد یکپارچه‏ سازی مالی و عملیاتی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی یک شبکه زنجیره تأمین چهارسطحی با درنظرگرفتن هم‌زمان ابعاد عملیاتی و مالی و در چارچوب یک نگرش کل‏گرا و سیستمی است. بر این اساس، زنجیره تأمین با دیدگاه واقع‏ بینانه و در قالب یک رویکرد یکپارچه به ­صورت ریاضی در سطوح تصمیم ‏گیری راهبردی و فنی مدل ‏سازی شده است؛ همچنین با توجه به اهمیت حقوق صاحبان سهام در مقابل سود حسابداری، هدف مدل‏سازی، حداکثرکردن ثروت سهامداران (برخلاف سایر مطالعات) قرار گرفته و باعنوان «رویکرد جدید»، تدوین شده و با رویکردهای سنتی (حداکثرکردن سود) مقایسه شده است. تدوین و آزمون مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از نرم ‏افزار GAMS24 و حل‏ کننده CPLEX صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج مدل‏سازی و حل عددی مدل، اهمیت نقش بُعد مالی و درنظرگرفتن هم‌زمان ابعاد عملیاتی ـ مالی در مدل ریاضی برای کسب مزیت رقابتی پایدار را نشان می ‏دهد؛ به ­علاوه توانمندی رویکرد جدید با مناسب نشان­دادن معیارهایی مانند ساختار سرمایه، بهای تمام ­شده، افزایش بیشتر حقوق صاحبان سهام در مقابل سود و غیره تبیین شده است. در راستای تحلیل پایداری مدل و اعتبارسنجی نتایج، تحلیل حساسیت نیز روی پارمترهای مدل انجام شده و تغییرات آن روی تابع هدف و پیکربندی زنجیره تأمین بررسی شده است.
