Abstract

In this article we will present a combined model for outsourcing of warranty services. The model consists of two stages. When a defective product is shipped for repairs, in the first phase we use Fuzzy PROMETHEE to rank the contractors and then in the next phase, using multi-objective planning, allocate and send the product to perform the required repairs. Let's do it. The main purpose of this model is to minimize costs imposed on companies and maximize customer satisfaction. This can be achieved by using a zero- and two-goal linear programming based on the priorities set in the first step of the model. The shorter the queue waiting time and the distance traveled for the product to reach the contractor, the more customer satisfaction we have achieved, the goal of which is to consider the distance. It should be noted that our model is dynamic and can be used by many companies.
