Abstract

Designing a conceptual model based on intelligence and environmental exploratory indicators and its implementation for evaluating the country's ports and shipping with thematic analysis approach and FIS fuzzy inference

Abstract

Since ports managed an important type of transportation throughout history, as a result, they had an impact on the local economy of a country or a coastal city. Nowadays, container transit has been able to create a revolution in the methods of carrying and transporting goods for the ease of carrying and transporting, as well as protecting goods, and on the other hand, from an economic point of view [9]. These advantages are especially noticeable in large and bulky shipments. Among other benefits of container transit, it can be created with any means of transportation, such as ships, trucks, railways, and even airplanes [13]. In the traditional way of transporting cargo, the cargo is transferred from hand to hand many times and in each of these stages, the possibility of delay and damage is unavoidable. While in container shipping, these symptoms are greatly reduced and insignificant. Today, shipping and transportation by sea shows a great trend towards shipping goods in containers [5]. Therefore, the future status of ports can be seen in the patterns of product globalization, specialization, planned and predicted production, access to new technology, access to logistics, and the increase of specialized human resources He observed the construction of ports and technological changes. For this reason, the ports were forced to respond to the existing needs and demands in order not to lose their customers, to provide their services in a desirable and high-quality manner, and for their spatial growth and development, taking into account the ship size situation ha, The level of technology and other planning factors. In the field of shipping and transportation, there have been major changes in ship technology that have affected the needs related to the construction and development of the port, and the process of these changes will be more than this in the future, which is natural Technology and Port facilities will have a direct effect, in all ports there is a constant pressure to increase their capacity, in most cases this capacity improvement includes the introduction of productivity equipment along with less workforce. Therefore, following the points mentioned above, in order to promote the ports and shipping industry, in this article, first, the main indicators of green and smart ports are identified through a library study, and then interviews are conducted using the thematic analysis system approach, and then From that, the conceptual model of the research was drawn. Then, each index is evaluated in the graphical and conceptual model of the research using Fuzzy Inference (FIS) in MATLAB software, and finally all the obtained indicators are embedded and evaluated in the form of a template in MATLAB software. Because of it, it can be used for the first time to evaluate the intelligence and environmental indicators in the ports of the country. In this regard, Anzali port, which is one of the most important ports in the country, will be implemented and concluded as a real example.
