Because technology is an importance factor in extension of world economic, so existent and new technology management influences on business level. This paper analyzes technology management position in Sepah bank and proposes an approach based on combining Analytic Network Process (ANP) and VIKOR techniques for understanding relation between competitive advantages and preferences of the bank. Therefore, for weighting criteria is used ANP technique and VIKOR method to ranking operational plans of the bank. In this paper, is surveyed the group understanding of Sepah bank’ managers, so that the results obtained can help the bank’ managers to expedite targets and guidance plans. The management of technology is a vital determinant of long-run success or failure of organizations. In this way, applying the flexible and agile systems in products and production process is emphasized. Also, it is inevitable to pay attention to quality and customer requirements in this regard. Organizations and specially the industrial corporations should be able to respond to their dynamic and complex environment so, they should be able to incorporate these environmental values in organization & make them as a fundamental presumption and intra-organizational value through making their sustainable performance widespread. In Iran's production industries particularly automobile industries that face great changes and dynamism, the flexibility are necessary. Flexibility is a multi-dimensional & pervasive concept, while there is no model for measuring it. So, the first point is the lack of a unique model and the second one is the lack of an easy measurement method. The main problem of this article is presenting a model for measuring organizational flexibility and comparing the results of solving the model to those of real situations of the Iran Khodro Company. One of the environmental values in international competition arena is the capability of providing relative and competitive advantage, in dynamic and mutative environment of the modern industry. Selecting the right suppliers can significantly reduce the purchasing cost and increase organization competitiveness. That’s why in most industries the cost of raw material and component part includes the main cost of a product. In the present study, Sintering Plant of Isfahan Steel Company was selected to be investigated. The inventories of this plant were categorized using the concepts of the VED and ABC methods. Two kinds of raw materials were found as the most important ones. The model of the supply of these materials with optimal consumption composite and the total cost of logistics, properties of suppliers and the buyer company was designed as a model of Mixed–Integer Fuzzy Non-Linear Programming type. Then the parameters of model using the company’s data within three previous years were computed. The performance of this model was examined using data of two consecutive years and the findings show 9/57 % and 6.49% cost reduction for two years, respectively.Increasing global competition from one hand and customer’s diverse demand in today’s bussiness environement as well have caused the costs increase rapidly and profitability decrease as a result. In general, futures studies is included drawing of future in current time even in scenario formats, and opportunities and threats in the future. Since all opportunities aren’t available and some of them must be created and some of threats must be prevented, the organizations are forced to pay attention to opportunities in the future. In this paper, by reviewing related works and documents, foresight literature is done with a meta analysis approach. In the next step, several foresight frameworks that have been introduced by researchers and experts, is reviewed and analyzed. Finally, key technologies in Iranian ICT industry are presented by using of qualitative research methods. For this purpose by enjoying focus group tools, several meetings were held with 9 persons of University of Tehran and ITRC experts. In the end, some business models including mobile service, intelligent computers, electronic assistant and etc. are detected. This article employs a mixed model of Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and Fuzzy mathematical planning to assess and hand-pick suppliers of a car parts manufacturer. This model consists of two steps. In the first step, suppliers' total utility has been measured considering 13 factors, Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process has been applied in this stage. In the second step using a Fuzzy mathematical planning model we recognized suppliers' optimum purchasing basket. The algorithm used in analytical hierarchy process is Mikhailov algorithm which presents various advantages namely compatibility index, presenting a definite weight vector, and applicable with incomplete matrix. The result of the article show that applying this model will enable decision makers-merging quantitative and non quantitative criteria-not only to improve the quality of their decisions but also to be well assured of their course of actions. One area of importance in Supply Chain Management Which has always been targeted by researchers is evaluating and selecting the suppliers.
