Today, many organizations have focused on the issue of quality (total quality management (TQM) and ISO standards) to sustain their survivalsurvive in the market and to respond customers' needs appropriately and timely, but the success of implementation of these systems is doubtful. Public and private organizations in Bushehr and Shiraz (which have implemented the ISO systems) were chosen to identify variables affecting these systems success. After reviewing the theoretical literature, these variables are categorized into 4 segments: managerial, personnel (employees), external and cultural. Questionnaire was used to gather data. Data were analyzed using Discriminant Analysis. The results indicate that the most important ISO implementation variables are 1) continuous improvement in the organization, 2) ISO Compatibility with strategies and organizational structure, and 3) the quality of internal and external communications. Based on these results, these three variables can estimate correctly ISO implementation success levels as 80.2 percent.

One of the paradigms that can be used in applicable manner to determine attractiveness and profitability of dredging industry in Iran is the reputation platform of Porter's 5 competitive forces. In this article, the attractiveness of dredging industry in Iran is analyzed and measured based on this model. The main question of the Research is whether investing in Iranian Dredging Industry is Profitable or not. The results indicate that among the competitive forces, suppliers are the main threatening factor in the industry and have relatively high bargaining power and possess approximately more importance and influence than the other forces on the reduction of dredging industry attractiveness in Iran, also the rivalry among dredging companies is increasing and it is considerable threat. The threat resulting from potential rivals and substituting products are a few and the clients have low bargaining power. Each of these three variables is considered as opportunity forces in the industry. According to desirability of the three forces and the results of statistical analysis, dredging industry is attractive in Iran and its investment is profitable. This study is an applied one in terms of purpose and it is considered as a descriptive-surveying study In terms of nature and method. Statistical society of research consists of 170 expert persons. The 124 people were chosen as test subjects by classified random sampling method. In this study a close researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data.

Increasing market share as one of the goals of the organization wouldn't happen without increasing the customer’s satisfaction of through improving service quality. The present study sought to examine the level of service quality offered in one of the subsidiary of BSI and solutions for improving the quality of service at this branch. The application of this study is base on survey method. In this study, the clients of BSI branch are under experiment. Because the clients are unlimited we used Cochran formula, share questionnaires to 170 people and calculate the result based on 0.11 variance. Techniques used in analyzing the data of this research consist of: gap analysis model to identify gaps between expectations and perceptions of service quality elements of the bank's customers, Kano model, this study aimed to identify needs and offer attractive solutions to improve them , Quality Function Deployment Model used To provide strategies for improving the performance and set priorities for action identified by the Kano model and improving them. To avoid ambiguity in quality matrices of the data of this research, Rough set theory was used. The result of analyzing data shows that each of 29 components has gaps and the Result of Kano model indicate that 9 components assumed attractive. In order to promote the quality of services in this branch, base on the view of authorities, 10 technical features were identified and prioritized.

The radio identification technology (RFID) may change the nature of many industries in future years. The study concentrates on the factors affecting the adoption of RFID technology in the automotive parts manufacturing industry in Iran. The RFID adoption model contains factors like, technology, organization, and environment. Three models apply12variables. Technology related variables are relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, and cost. Organizational variables are top management support, company size, IT competency, and technical-organizational readiness. Environmental variables are competitive pressure, trade partner compulsion, and immediate data requirement. All the Iranian car manufacturers in 1390 are the study population 278 Morgan Corporation is the sample. Exploratory factor analysis results indicate that different factors from the technical knowledge affect RFID technology adoption.

In this research, energy carriers’ demand of different consumption sectors has been forecasted on regression and fuzzy linear regression approaches considering economic and social indicators. It should be noted that energy carriesr are petroleum products, natural gas and electricity and consumption sectors are residential and commercial sectors, transport, industry, agricultur and powerplants. Actual data of Iran from 1993 to 2010 are used to select suitable models and to illustrate capability of the approach in this regard. Furthermore, the energy carriers’ demand of different sectors for the period of 2012 to 2021 is estimated.

<span lang="EN">Window analysis basically assumes that no technical change has taken place in the periods under review. This underlying assumption has been neglected in most research works. In the current study, using non-parametric statistical Wilcoxon test and Friedman test between two time periods and over two time periods, the shift frontier between the periods under review has been investigated and determined. </span>Accordingly, <span lang="EN">the length of the windows was selected in the way that the basic assumption of window analysis was observed. In this research, the data of </span>7 distribution-channels of Pars Khazar Company <span lang="EN">was picked up in time periods of one year (2005-2011). After running the statistical tests, it was revealed that shift frontiers had occurred within the periods (2007 and 2008), (2008 and 2009) and (2010 and 2010). So four analyses with the lengths of 3, 1, 2, and 1 were performed in which the average performance of the units was obtained as 0.832, 0.987, 0.906 and 0.953, respectively.</span><span lang="EN"> </span>
<OtherAbstract Language="FA"><span lang="EN">Window analysis basically assumes that no technical change has taken place in the periods under review.
