The purpose of this research is to identify the essential success factors in performing "Value Engineering" in Iran. Maurer and Posetas models were used as the basis for success factors identification. These two models have identified 34 variables as effective factors in performing the value engineering Study. Statistical populations of this research were 37 productive and service organizations of Tehran province And statistical samples were, 250 persons who were connected to the subject of value engineering study. Questionnaires-based data were applied for analysis. Statistical method of Binomial test and Factor analysis were applied. 8 key factors from 3 main groups among 34 variable drived from the value engineering methods were used to analysie today conditions of productive and service organization of Tehran province were identified.

The aim of this study was designed to model economic firm’s performance and recognizing the most important approaches in making certain strategic decisions and analysis of required structural and organizational contexts in considering some succeeded approaches toward the market in Payame Noor University. Considering above items and using an applicable and developmental approach, follow up some survey and the correlational strategies and in accordance of hypothesis test, in both descriptive and inferential perspectives, analysis of questionnaire findings of this survey are provided. Statistical population of this survey was managers worked out in PNU provincial centers and therefore certain sample size was 111 people. Related factors in draft model were 64 variables in which using Delphi method, those variables reviewed and evaluated in two stages. Finally regarding some modifications, totally 70 variables were collected in final questionnaire. Using CFA and Path analysis and considering 7 main hypotheses, the effect of structural factors on business strategies of PNU, was not found to be significant. However, the coefficient of market orientation variable on business strategy of the PNU is not significantly significant either. But in different themes, the influence of business strategies on the performance of the university has surveyed in which results showed the significant effects of used strategy types on performance of university.

Road relief stations Location and allocation problems are known to have a significant impact upon performance of road victims servicing. The main purpose of this kinds of problems, are road relief Stations locating and districting the areas to appropriate servers assignment. These problems are so important, because of improving the performance criteria, such as Customer waiting time that leads to increasing the probability of victim survival<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">.</span> In this research, road relief stations of Tehran-Qom highway are reallocated, using hypercube queening model (the most popular queening model for locating and allocating problems). For reaching this goal, the different state of the system and the equilibrium equations of each state were determined, using the rate diagrams. Then by using limit probabilities, the system performance criteria such as server’s workload and customer waiting time was calculated and by practical suggestions for resizing each server allocated areas, the performance of the system had improved.

Development of IT and its entrance in daily life, has changed lots of traditional method and prompted competition and in the word. In this situation, the bank system was not expected. Development of e_banking as one of the usage of IT has created a wonderful change in banking industry. Regarding the necessity of e_banking The present research considers and categorizes the success factors in e_banking. For this sake, after studing the related sources and interviewing with Banking specialist, 27 success factors has been indentified. The factors has been cotegarized into six dimentions. After planning and distributing the questionnaire among the banking specialist, the priority and importance of each of these factors has been evaluated using the TOPSIS, ELECTRE, SAW methods, and to get to a total gathering in categorizing factors POSET method has been used. Regarding the result, reenginierning processes is at the first step and Existing markets, can build trust on the brand name and Integrat channels in the current market.

Overall goal of our research is to incorporate human factors engineering into scheduling theory in order to exploit optimized human performance. Tour scheduling problem (in which full-time employees have variable performance) have been studied in this paper. Objective function of proposed staff scheduling model is minimizing staffing cost to provide efficient workforces. The unique characteristic of this study is consideration of ergonomic aspect (fatigue, learning and forgetting rate of employees) in staff scheduling problem. We used genetic algorithm to conquest difficulty of our model and to find desirable solution in a reasonable running time. In order to show effectiveness and efficiency of our algorithm we compared the results of genetic algorithm with LINGO and lower bound. The results showed that proposed model is capable to model human factors and find suitable shift schedules. Also this study showed that considered human parameters impact on workforce output and shift scheduling. Hence we recommend that managers study impacts of human factors on output of workforces and provide productive shift schedules using proposed model.

The aim of this study is to present a model for enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems acceptance among car production companies employees. For this purpose and by investigation of theoretical and research background, a model is provided in which organizational support, innovation orientation and organizational commitment are considered as exogenous variables, readiness for change, perceived usefulness and ease of ERP systems use are considered as mediator variables and intention to use is considered as final dependent variable. The instrument for this study are questionnaires that were distributed and the necessary data were collected among 309 employees of car production companies which were selected in category sampling path. The findings showed that the direct effect of organizational support on readiness for change, perceived usefulness, ease of use and intention to use is significant and positive and also the direct effect of readiness for change on ease of use and perceived usefulness is significant and positive. Finally findings showed that the direct effect of perceived usefulness and ease of use on intention to use is significant and positive.
