This study seeks to investigate the supply chain agility in healthcare and provides relevent model. Furthermore, the research studies the effectiveness of supply chain dimensions (enablers of agility and supply chain agility) on the supply chain performance. The statistical population of this research consists of the top and middle managers in active hospitals in the field of medical science universities affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Tehran, and the required data is collected from 218 subjects based on the designed questionnaire. The obtained data is analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis as well as the path analysis. The research findings indicate a positive and significant impact of enablers of agility on the supply chain agility and performance. Moreover, the results indicate that the enablers of agility have significant and positive impact on the chain performance through creating the supply chain agility.

During the recent decades, flow shop scheduling problem has investigated with different assumptions. One of the most important one that has attracted many researchers, is consideration the concept of learning effect. In real situation of work environment, learning effect is not limited to job position, in other word, workers experiments also should be considered during the process of operations. In one hand, there are factors that can cause machines and equipment unavailability in the planning horizon. This study investigates flow shop scheduling problem with machine availability constraints and learning effect based on a hybrid model. This learning model includes not only job positions but also total logarithmic processing time of jobs. First, a mixed integer liner programming model has been proposed to formulate the problem. Because of high complexity of this model, two meta-heuristic algorithms, simulated annealing (SA) and cloud theory-based simulated annealing (CSA) have been used to find nearly optimal solutions. Finally it is cleared that, CSA could be more successful in generating nearly optimal solutions than SA.

The purpose of this study is modeling and analyizing pricing policy of urea-ammonia Petrochemical feedstock through dynamic system approach. The article outlines the effects of different policies and assesses the impact of each policy. To analyze and modeling system behavior based on dynamic system approach, Venssim software is applied. Having explained the problem, and choosing the approach; cause and loop diagram were identified through in-depth interviews with experts. The latter leads to scrutinizing loops and causal relationship between the variables affecting the system which includes: a selling price of urea and ammonia, discount on domestic sales, new urea and ammonia manufacturing plants. In the next step flow chart were designed, variables were formulated, and model validation was investigated under many scenarios. Finallythe impacts of different policies are studied. The results show that recent worldy decline of urea prices, justifies new projects of urea-ammonia .The profitability of the current company should set prices of feedstock below the current price<span lang="FA" dir="RTL">.</span> The best pricing policy that Ammonia & Urea feedstock can choose is the link between sales prices and feedstock prices, which yieldsto more precise prices while not decling the profitability.

In this article, with the aim of maximizing net present value and considering various ways of the payment, the problem of selecting and scheduling several projects using mathematical programming and constraint programming have been investigated, in a way that the project feasibility with regards to the level of available resources is guaranteed and all of the prerequisite relationships are observed. Activities with the different modes of resources can be done. They uses renewable (human resources, equipment) and non-renewable (raw materials, budgets) resources. In calculating the costs, the overtime cost of renewable resources, late penalties or rewards of delivery before the project due date is considered. Created Models are tested by a number of projects from the PSPLIB libraries.

The objective of this research is identifying the key performance indicators of organization based on Balanced Score Card approach and studying their role on the improvement of productivity of organization. This is a survey and cross sectional research that implemented in summer, 1391. The population is the chief and mid executives of Isatis pasteurized milk industry in Yazd (N=35). Based on Cochran's sampling formula, 32 people, were selected with random sampling. Data gathering was done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed based on proper Statistics tests and Fuzzy Topsis. From the 18 key performance indicators of company, the managers believe that 5 criteria are more influential in improvement of productivity. The commitment to organizational aims (the productivity of employees were the critical factors). Among the other critical success factors which influence on productivity are the effectiveness of marketing in customer perspective, cost control in financial perspective, and repairs and maintenance in internal processes perspective.

In the current competitive market, the supply chain performance has the key role in the success of organization<span lang="FA" dir="RTL">.</span> The lack of links between supply chain operations and financial performance seems to be related to the perception on the difficulty of translating supply chain operational measures into financial targets. In this study, the relationship between supply chain management (SCM) and financial performance of companies listed in Tehran stock exchange (TSE), based on data from 108 companies during the years 2006-2014 is examined. In this regard, 4 hypotheses are codified. The statistical method used in testing hypotheses is fuzzy regression method. The results show that sale growth (GROWTH) and return on working capital (ROWC) variables are positively related with the market value of the assets (MVA). Also, cost of good soled (COGS) and cash conversion cycle (CCC) variables are negatively related with the return on assets (ROA). The results are probable to be applied by supply Chain managemer and financial professionals.

Organizational senior managers decide about Facility location under uncertainty and lack of enough Information, while the decision is time consuming, scientific and strategic. To select the optimal facility location, scholars have proposed a variety of techniques. Introduction and application of D numbers theory –an innovative method - as an extension of Dempster-shafer theory in facility loction can overcome shortcomings in Dempster-Shafer theory and compensate the incomplete information of experts in prognostication. In this study, in addition to evaluating the facility-location decision of Mineral Water Factory (in Semnan province), the validity of the method has been verified in comparison with FAHP by the expert assembly.
