In this study, a G/G/1/∞ queuing system is considered in which to servicing each costumer, an on-hand inventory is required. Continuous review (r, Q) policy is considered and procurement is done through multiple suppliers and lead time is stochastic with certain probability density functions. During stock out, arriving demands are rejected and their requests are lost also a waiting cost is considered for customers within the system. Our goal in this study is determining economic order quantity (Q) and reorder point (r) whit minimizing summation of various costs includes holding costs, ordering costs, shortage and waiting costs. Due to complexity of exact approaches such as Markov process, we considered a simulation-optimization approach that combines simulation with design of experiments. To evaluate the efficiency of proposed approach, in a special case (two suppliers with exponential lead times) several numerical examples are solved by both exact and simulation-optimization approaches. Comparing the results shows that while our proposed method is much simpler in terms of computational complexity than the Markovian model, offers very close answers to the optimal answer.

The importance of stakeholder’s participation has been recognized in new product development (NPD) literature, yet efforts to present an empirically model that examine Stakeholders Participation and its effect on firm performance are scarce. This paper aims to explore the effect of involvement of customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams in NPDas stakeholders’ participation on performance and to examine the mediating role of NPD performance. This study is descriptive which is conducted with investigation of total number of hardware manufacturers in information technology industry. Data are gathered by questionnaire and empirical analyses and were performed using SEM. The analytical results demonstrated that cross-functional teams and suppliers’ participation positively effect on organizational performance. Also, our study showed the confirmation of the mediating role of the new product development function in relation to stakeholder participation and overall company performance.

The project management is planning and conducting projects within time, cost and quality is determined towards the creation of specific results. The aim of this research was to develop mathematical models for the trade off time, cost, quality and risk of the project which parameters of its activities have been estimated randomly with grey numbers. In the projects, managers are looking for the optimal combination of time, cost and quality of the project and considering the risk, while information is limited and insufficient in this area. Using the proposed method with grey numbers can help to manage projects well in these conditions. For solving the model / methodology, the hybrid of fuzzy goal programming and grey linear planning has been predicted. By examining the responses, it seems that there is a possibility for them to be improved with goal programming; therefore, the further stages with goal programming for better satisfactory answers were presented to the project manager. For a case study, the project(s) in Iran Khodro Company is selected.

This is a developmental research in terms of purpose, In terms of data collecting, it's a descriptive-survey and in terms of analyzing data, it's considered as a mathematical-analytic research method. This paper aims to provide a multi-level performance-based rewarding approach. In spite of a large number of multi-criteria techniques and methods and large number of criteria in the decision-making process, this research introduced a new multilevel model in order to overcome the shortcomings of previous models. Based on a modified PROMETHEE method, the preference functions has been extended for level function as the major innovation of the research. Finally, the proposed multilevel model has applied and examined using a data collection obtained from Iranian Oil Terminals Company.

Intellectual capital is used to create and increase business value and the success of an organization depends on its ability to manage scarce resources and more importantly, through these scarce resources can achieve a competitive advantage in their business areas. The present study examines the impact of intellectual capital on competitive advantage through innovation capacity. In terms of type, this research is a descriptive – correlation. Survey of all managers Kerman's food industrial estates are a total of 97 samples were considered as directors and Data were collected through questionnaire and analysis of information and software PLS regression was used. The results of this study indicate that the application of intellectual capital to achieve competitive advantage in small businesses facilitate through the innovation capacity of businesses.

One of the important functions of the Welfare Organization is in the event of natural disasters, such as floods and earthquakes, which after such incidents, assists the affected people from the lower classes of society. In this research, we will identify the factors creating instability in the supply chain of this organization by identifying the precise activities and processes of the organization of welfare, and ultimately, prioritize and rank these factors. In this regard, we used structural equations modeling. Initially, by reviewing the literature and examining theories, an initial conceptual framework in this regard is shaped; then, this model has been modified using various methods during the research, and modified accordance with the conditions of the Welfare Organization. Subsequently, the conceptual model of the research is defined as a multi-dimensional structure in AMOS software. After examining the hypotheses of relationships between variables and making the necessary changes, the model has finally been modified according to the conditions of the welfare organization of Iran.

One of the most vital subsets of healthcare systems is organ transplantation, which has become a popular and successful cure for many fatal diseases. Efficient and fair allocation of organs is one of the most sophisticated decisions in operational planning level. Accordingly, the present study proposes a multi-period organ allocation model which considers different health levels of patient in each period. The proposed model is a multi-objective mathematical programming model which maximizes survival of patients with urgent medical need. This model also minimizes the transportation cost to make a tradeoff between efficiency and equity. In order to solve the model, a priority preemptive fuzzy goal programming approach is implemented to find preferred compromise solutions. In order to investigate the applicability and validity of the proposed model, some numerical examples are taken from a real case study in Iran’s organ transplantation network.
