		<Abstract>Integration of upstream and downstream of supply chain causes financial, physical and information synergies among companies in the supply chain. This synergy acts as a competitive advantage for the company and the entire supply chain operation and performance of the Company and programs to promote quality. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of integration of upstream and downstream programs on quality performance and quality programs. The statistical society of this study is all of the pharmaceutical companies in Iran. Data analysis was performed with SEM. The results show that upstream and downstream integration had positive impact on quality performance and quality program.</Abstract>
