This research is applied and also from a data collection perspective, it is descriptive survey. The study population is consisted of all experts' technical and social-behavioral sciences campus at University of Tehran and also a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were assessed by using content and structure validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test dependent and independent T-test, Friedman and confirmatory factor analysis in Lisrel software and SPSS software. The findings of the study showed that the total score of Tehran University's readiness for the establishment of lean higher education and its components was lower than theoretical average. In addition, according to the university experts, the most important component of lean higher education are leadership and management commitment, Focusing and paying attention to students, Choosing the right people, The strategy and vision of the university.
