Human resources compose the original and major capital of one organization that has very important role in the growth and development of organization, due to their abilities, skills and total trait. For this reason, human resource can be most important infrastructure of mental capital. On the other side in the complex and uncertain condition of nowadays that govern on the social, political and economical environment one of the elements that can help to survival of the organization is the productivity problem of human resources. For this reason, in this paper we try to identify most important effective element on Human Resources Productivity and in the next step will take ranking of this elements. After the collecting data by using of questioners, result answer in order to ranking of attributes by using of SAW, TOPSIS, ELECTRE,LA,LINMAP and TAXONOMY methods has been used. Since achieved results in different methods are not same in some cases, we use the DEA method for arriving to one total agreement of element ranks. The results showed that job security, competent supervisor and job satisfaction element toward other elements have more importance.

Given the complexity of the project implementation and resource constraints, the project portfolio selection is important for organization-s. Hence, many researchers have attempted to provide methods for portfolio selection and often obtained interesting results. But most of them have not considered the interaction between projects. Considering the interactions between projects lead to complexity of portfolio selection problem and if these interactions be ignored, the decision making process maybe produce the undesired final results. In this paper, the portfolio selection problem with considering interactions between the projects is formulated. The portfolio selection problem with regard the interactions between projects using optimization algorithms particle swarm optimization (PSO) andchaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) was investigated. Interactions at the projects selection, final solution and its fitness show the important effects. It was shown that the PSO and CPSO methods are better in comparison with the genetic algorithm technique used before in such problems.

Decision making about the selection of shares for buying and selling for more return acquisition is the most important subject for investors in stock exchange market. Many of investors buy shares based on market gossips and informal news.As each of the existing models such as technical method, fundamental method, Markowitz model, sharp model and arbitrage model has it's own problem in use, this research gives a model for choosing portfolio regarding effective indices on investors decision making by composing the TOPSIS and GAHP techniques. A questionnaire was prepared by using Delphi method and was distributed to 30 persons of the experts of stock exchange market to identify significant indices for investors. Economical indices for choosing the industry including selling growth, profit margin growth, average return, currency rate, basic metals price volatility, industrial competitive advantages, economical growth and recession and economical indices for share selection contain EPS, DPS, P/E, share price, share return, operating profit ratio, corporation management, corporation size, capital volume and technology were achieved.Necessary information and relevant amounts to each of indices were gathered from archive unit and internet site of securities and exchange organization and financial statement of companies. Then by TOPSIS technique and weighting by Shannon entropy and group AHP techniques in changing qualitative to quantitative indices (which is one of the most advantages of this method) decision matrix was composed and the priority of industry and share identified. Five superior industries were Banking, Credit and other money institutes, Investment brokers, Foods and Beverages products except candy and sugar, coal extraction and Other Nonmetallic mineral products.

The firststepin order to achieveorganizationalagility is identification of changes and pressures from business environment, whichactasdrivingforces and lead to adoption of agility strategy in organization. Proposed models in the literature have disadvantage of the lack of scientific and coherent method to identify driving forces of agility. This paper, therefore, seeks to present a method for identifying and ranking the driving forces of agility by multi-criteria decision making techniques. The paper draws on a broad literature review to identify driving forces of agility and their evaluation criteria. Then, the literature findings developed with respondents’ contextualized practical experience. In the next stage, by combination of expert experience and fuzzy ENTROPY Weight of criteria are determined. Finally by use of FTOPSIS and fractional programming the Agility Drivers has been Prioritizing.
The results of this study indicate, changing expectations of state is the most important agility driver.

5S approach, is Step by step method that trying to eliminate wastes and pollutions of the workplace in five Steps .This method is very simple in the theory but Implemented with great difficulties are faced because it related with all on unites in the factory. One of the main problems in this method is evaluated and compared the units with each other because there is not any standard method for evaluation of this system. In this regard, in order to resolve this problem this paper is looking to create a comprehensive perspective for evaluation of performance of units under the 5S system also this method compares the units with using the data envelopment analysis (A method for determining the relative performance of units in comparison with each other). In this paper, an appropriate collection of inputs and outputs 5S system are be determined. Then, due to multiple sets of resources, activities, environmental factors and different data and output of existing data envelopment analysis have been used for evaluation of system relative performance via this way relative performance of different units under 5S system could be compared. At the end, a numerical case in on company, 38 active units in the 5S system have been evaluated by CCR and Andersen - Petersen models and their performance has been calculated then units have been ranked based on relative performance.

The change of environment in organizations is a phenomenon that continues to have a profound effect on their functionality, and only those who adopt a suitable strategy may endure the roaring waves and by making effective use of their resources, gain a competitive advantage. One of the most effective and instrumental methods of implementing this vital point is the formulation of a compiled and coherent strategy. The strategy would involve the procession of the organization from the status quo to a favorable position. Adopting the best manufacturing strategy is not an easy task, given the restrictions the organization would have to face and also the wide range of choices available. A multitude of frameworks for the formulation of a suitable strategy for the organization have been recommended by researchers. Considering that the system of manufacturing should be a reflection of the manufacturing strategy of the company and its selected competitive priorities, the introduction of tools for the measure of convergence between manufacturing strategy and manufacturing systems may provide a competitive edge for companies. A suitable prototype to address the issue with an industrial approach is the Miltenburg strategic worksheet. In this article, an empirical research has been made with a case study approach, in one of the Iran Khodoro Company’s supplier in order to formulate the manufacturing strategy. For the sake of the credibility of the research and to discourage prejudgment in determining the levels of manufacturing, a check list has been used, and in order to rank the strategies, an analytical hierarchal approach has been implemented.
