The supplier development is a kind of cooperation between the producing and supplying companies. After the producer's awareness of the status of its suppliers according to the development criteria, it is necessary to provide and implement the appropriate activities for the supplier development. The purpose of this paper is to identify the activities related to the supplier development and their categorization using the Meta-synthesis method. For this purpose, by first selecting 102 studies from 136 studies and coding their texts with Atlas TI software, 39 concepts were identified for the activities, then the identified concepts were categoried in four tangible, intangible, relationships, and environmental categories and two internal and external dimensions. To verify validity, triangulation of data sources and researcher has been used. The content validity coefficient and Content Validity Index were calculated by a survey of automotive industry experts, 12 activities for deletion, modification and integration in the activities, and finally 27 activities for the development of suppliers in the automotive industry were finalized. The amount of Kappa coefficient obtained shows the reliability of the identified criteria. Identified activities and categorization can be useful for researchers in this field.

With increasing environmental pollution in recent years, researchers have focused on designing a closed loop supply chain network with consideration of environmental issues. In this research an uncertain bi-objective, multi-period, multi-product and multi-level closed-loop supply chain network is presented. Uncertainty in demand, transportation costs are considered and to counteract this uncertainty the robust optimization approach is used. The proposed supply chain network consists of four levels of forward supply chain and four levels of reverse chain. The proposed model is a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model with the aim maximizing profit and minimizing generated pollution by transportation of products, and operational centers. The proposed model is solved by lingo software, so that the multi-objective model has been handled by utility based goal programming method. Finally, the results are analyzed and the comparison of different scenarios indicates that the objective function has strongly shown the uncertainty parameters and the effect of uncertainty in the parameters simultaneously. Therefore, network modeling based on different scenarios can be a good tool for deciding on confrontation with uncertain and ambiguous parameters.

Entrepreneurial decision-making has been a home of interest for many studies. There are several research streams in the field, but the context suffers from lack of holistic conceptual models. Using meta-synthesis approach, we synthesized a model based on deep assessment of codes arisen from 10 noteworthy studies previously conducted in this field. Three coding steps taken to reach us to final model of this study. The model consolidated Causal conditions for entrepreneurial decision-making together with Entrepreneurial Decision as core category. Strategies of Decision-making (action) also identified and entered to the final model. The Model shows the Context and intervening conditions in entrepreneurial decision-making and Consequences of entrepreneurial decision-making. Finally, time aspect of entrepreneurial decision-making is the dimension that has been identified and added to the model, which shows the time dynamic nature of entrepreneurial decision-making.

Integrating decisions in the supply chain is a challenge for producers who intend to optimize their supply chain costs. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is one of the popular strategies for integrated supply chain management. In this strategy, customers provide their information to the vendor, and the vendor uses this information to manage their inventory and decide on the order quantity and delivery schedules. In this study, a three-tier green supply chain consisting of multi-retailers, multi-vendors with backorders is considered. The total cost of green supply chain is minimized and system reliability for manufactured goods is maximized by considering the constraints. The meta-heuristic methods of GA, SA and a combination of SA-GA are used to solve the model. Taguchi method was used to increase the efficiency of the algorithms. After performing the algorithms for problems of different sizes, the results were compared with respect to the efficiency of the algorithms. The obtained results suggest that the efficiency of the SA-GA is better than other algorithms. Finally, since the model is multi-objective, Pareto optimal solutions are analyzed.

One of the most important challenges of designing a supply chain network is possible disruptions. This study is intended to design a supply chain network considering the minimum amount of receiving as a customer satisfaction index. To overcome disruptions, the three main methods applied include establishing new facilities, using bilateral agreements, and using the existing facilities of instantaneous services market. To do so, a complex integer linear programming model is established and examined as a case study of a subscription plan for publications. In the case of disruptions, three possibilities will happen. Firstly, if the cost of disruption is low, it will be cost-effective to choose whether an instantaneous market or the adoption of shortage. Secondly, if the cost of disruption and shortage is high but less than the budget allocated to facilities, the bilateral agreements will be used. Finally, if the cost of disruptions and shortage is too high, the establishment of a new facility will be cost-effective. It should be noticed that by increasing for demand or in the probability of disruption, the cost gap between the use of the existing background facility and/or buying the service of the instantaneous market would be narrowed by establishing the facility.

Supply chain quality management is recognized as a strategic tool for achieving a high level of quality and competitiveness in global markets; Of course, one of the major challenges in this regard is the lack of resources and sufficient knowledge on how to measure supply chain management performance. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for measuring the performance of supply chain quality management. Due to the supply chain dynamics and the complexity of strong relationships between key variables, the system dynamics has been used in this research. In this regard, firstly, the indicators for measuring the performance of supply chain quality management were identified through library studies and were categorized according to a balanced scorecard with of expert's survey. Then, by determining the relationships between the research variables, the causal-flow and stock and flow charts were mapped. After defining the dynamic equations and simulating the model in the software, the validity of the model was verified through two Behavioral reproduction and sensitivity analysis tests. The results show that changes in quality improvement programs as the lowest level of BSC have a significant impact on the indicators of staff skills, customer satisfaction, mismatched products and profits that all Balanced scorecard levels.

The purpose of this article is to provide a framework for the effective implementation of product development processes according to the wants and expectations of customers and its adaptation to organizational characteristics for the country's automotive industry. This research is a development one from the purpose side and in terms of the nature of the data and how it was collected through a kind of exploratory (qualitative - quantitative)based on research with a stage- gate product design approach: Exploring the most common methods of product development according to industry background and applications; Extracting new product development indices from customers' perspective; Adaptation of new product development indices to organizational characteristics and goals; Determination of indices affecting new product development and their ranking using content analysis techniques and exploratory focus group to extract research metrics. In the qualitative part, the sample size is nineteen experts and in the quantitative part, the sample size is 294 customers of three companies Iran Khodro, SAIPA and Pars Khodro. Based on the findings of this study, fifty indices were presented and analyzed in 11 themes and their descriptions as well as prioritizing new product development themes from a well-known customer and organization perspective.
