Strategy maps represent the way of value creation in each organization. Nowadays, Implementation of strategy is the main concern of all organizations. Strategy map establishment is the starting point of strategy implementation. Since emergence of strategy map, there are some shortcomings in its methodology that frequently quoted by many of researchers. One of these short coming is the shortage of a mechanism for refinement of objectives which are candidate for entrance into map. Organizations in practice have obsession and avidity to determine more number of objectives in strategy map. The study represented a step by step approach to obviate this problem using quality function deployment (QFD) as a helpful tool and fuzzy screening method. Finally, suggested approach was applied in a practical case and conclusions were explained.

Selection of right sets of projects is considerably critical for organizations to successfully achieve their competitive advantages and corporate strategies. Due to limited resources and dynamic changes in business environment, this kind of selection is quite challenging for organizations. Beside one hundred selection tools and techniques, academics and practitioners have studied and recommended complex selection frameworks to facilitate the selection of right projects. In this study a new model was developed for project portfolio evaluation and selection. The model is as follow: evaluation of individual projects based on paired comparison, construction and evaluation of portfolios with artificial neural networks, classification and ranking of portfolio of organizational projects. Finaly the results were compared with DEA and COLS model. The entire methodology was illustrated via an example in oil & gas field.

Operations Research is a set of methods (methodologies) with the aim of improving decision making in organizations and contains Hard, Soft and Emancipatory schools. Most of the proponents of each school conceive their approaches better than the other schools’ in solving or structuring organizational problems. Nevertheless in the early 1990s an interesting debate in the OR communities emerged around issues concerning the use of more than one methodology (combining them or using parts of them) in the same problem. These scientists attempted to define different kinds of problematic situations and then to determine the proper OR methodology for each problematic situation. They raised their work as “Critical OR” or “multi-methodology” school which is significantly inspired from Hebermas’ theories. So, in this paper we have tried to determine some dimensions for problematic situations according to our domestic organizational problems and then to design a general morphological program to be able of determining the suitable OR methodology as an output for any combination of conditions in a problematic situation as input and to reveal the fields necessary to be improved in OR. Applying such a program will have interesting results for operation researchers.

In today's competitive market, sourcing is one of the most important strategic decisions of organizations. This problem by considering such factors as transportation, quality and production capacity, selects suppliers for long-term cooperation. Inventory control tactical decisions and selection of optimal inventory policy have a great impact on the cost because many organizations have a tremendous amount of capital in the form of inventory. So far, little research has been done in the area of integrated sourcing and inventory policy and systematic approach to this issue has not yet been considered. In this study, we sought to fill this research gap. In real world problems, it is difficult to calculate the exact cost of inventory shortages. To resolve this problem, shortage number was considered as a separate goal. Also, due to the probabilistic nature of the demand of plants, the objective functions cannot be calculated with conventional methods, so simulation was used to estimate the fitness of objective functions. The issue raised in this study is NP-Hard, so multi-objective meta-heuristics were used for finding the optimum solutions. Then six test problems were developed from small to large. The quality of the Pareto approximation obtained from the NSGA-II and MOPSO algorithms were evaluated by six criteria. Results showed that the solutions generated by the NSGA-II algorithm, the higher the quality.

Today, according to the different views that exist on the field performance evaluation, this process can be used within the supply chain. Appropriate function of supply chain, key role in the success of an organization and achieve the goals of sustainable and in particular its profitability. In this study by system dynamics approach, services supply chain of Iran fixed communications for the period 1384 to 1404 is simulated. The purpose of this study was to establish an operational model for the supply chain evaluation using quantitative and qualitative criteria. Chain assessment in this study, based on four indexes included number of customers, customer satisfaction, delivery time and product margins are done. Simulation results show the improvement of the indicators until the end of the simulation period. The two scenarios, included increasing investment in new equipment and enhanced voice transmission channels is proposed.

The toxic and dangerous waste material from electrical and electronic equipment is a potential threat for environment and the future of human. The users and governments forced manufactures to take a responsibility for recieving and recovering of their products. Recovering of these products has economical benefit and social benefits. Therefore a management system is essential for recovering the electronic products to maximize the social and economical benefits and minimize the environmental impact. In this paper a multi objective mathematical model is proposed based on sustainable development for selecting the proper options to recover the electronic products .Multi objectives genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The model validation is conducted through a case study with data from industry.

In recent years many methods to generate fuzzy rules based on training samples is proposed. One of the methods that recently suggested is Chen & Tsai’s method that was presented in 2008. This method was based on three indices: Attribute Threshold Value ( ), Classification Threshold Value ( ) and Level Threshold Value ( ). This method has a higher average classification accuracy rate than other methods available. In part of generating interim rules, Authors have provided suggestions to improve method and they used modified method in a case study. What in this research has been considered is the examining of CT08 improved method in an applied field on the one hand, and presentation of a classification system for mobile sets on the other hand. Improved method depicted higher accuracy than original method (about 0.2 in mobile set subject).
