The aim of this paper is to develop a mixed-integer non-linear programming (MINLP) for an integrated production–distribution problem in a three-level supply chain, consisting of multiple manufacturers, multiple distributors and multiple consumers at each level. In the particular case of this problem, customer’s demand and transportation costs are uncertain and robust optimization approach is utilized. First, a deterministic MINLP model is designed for this supply chain network. Then, the robust counterpart of the proposed model is presented by using the recent extensions in robust optimization theory. Finally, a numerical example with different scenarios and uncertainty levels is proposed, and their results are discussed.

As an environment-friendly and renewable energy source, biomethane plays a significant role in the supply of sustainable energy. To determine location of reactor and allocate feedstocks, to the reactor in a biomethane production system by minimizing the supply chain cost, a mathematical model is studied in this article. Constraints, such as the limited workforce, the reactors’ demand on the residues, and the deterioration of the residues in the hubs are considered. Two evolutionary Algorithm, Genetic and differential evolutionary algorithms for solving mixed integer nonlinear programming model is proposed. The speed of obtaining the solution is the same but differential evolutionary algorithm finds better solutions than Genetic Algorithm when applied to the given problems.

Kansei engineering or emotion engineering is one of effective means to identify the emotional needs of the users. In this research, a different tool in identification and classification of emotional terms for Kansei engineering is used, named as Q methodology. Since we face with a qualitative issue in the incidence of emotions in Kansei engineering, and Q methodology is a qualitative-quantitative method, therefore this tool is an appropriate method for understanding the emotions of people in the form of Kansei characters. It also can extract the mentality of the emotional design in the area of interest (center console). After selecting the desired field of interior design in the center console segment of Peugeot Pars, 36 Kansei words was selected.26 customers were selected by purposive sampling which 9 mental classes were extracted after collecting comments and factor analysis. For each mentality, sorting of emotional attributes were different in some way. In the end, it was determined that many of mentalities are focused on desirability of center console and a need for innovation.

In today's world of global markets industry, Companies cannot survive without considering competitors' moves and progress because they are part of a supply chain and the success or failure of any member of the chain affect the other members. In this paper, the two echelon supply chain with multiple products and a producer as well as a distributor and several customer cases has been investigated. In the first part of the chain, just one type of vehicle was applied and the second parts of the chain two types of vehicle were used. The proposed model for this study is an integrated mathematical model of mixed integer programming. This is considered to minimize overall costs which incluses shipping cost, maintenance cost, inventory cost and the penality cost for lack of inventory. This case study concentrates on the sent rolls (produced by Mobarakeh Steel Company) to Structure Gostar Saipa Co. (S.G.S) and then after to automotive parts manufacturer. The "Imperialist Competitive Algorithm solved in 20 different sizes was applied, and its results (in small size) were compared with the software GAMS results.

The aim of this research is the future study of service quality with SERVQUAL model (1988), which follows with suggesting appropriate strategies to deal with each scenario. This research deals with scenario approach, and a case study was conducted in Shahid Rajaee Customs. This research is clarified as practical, based on its aim and at an exploratory level. In the first phase of this study, to determine the cross-impact balance analysis, sixteen-member of experts were requested to complete the questionnaire. Finally, with Scenario Wizard Software, 79 scenarios identified, out of which eight acceptable scenarios (strong); and three scenarios (optimistic, likely and pessimistic scenarios) were selected. In the second stage five-members of experts which were selected by judgment sampling previously, were selected for formulation measures and policies in the focus groups also (applying target sampling). Finally, 12 strategies for optimistic scenarios, 6 strategies for likely scenarios and 8 scenarios for pessimistic scenarios were suggested by focus group of experts.

Extra-organizational factors are among impressive aspects on knowledge management and its processes in supply chain, but the relevant literature suffers from lack of studies about Extra-organizational factors compared with intra-organizational factors. The main Purpose of this research is to provide a model for extra-organizational factors effective on knowledge management in supply chain of automotive industry. This research is conducted by survey method in supply chains of Iran Khodro and SAIPA companies. In this model, four key elements were suggested for extra-organizational factors effective on knowledge management in supply chain of automotive industry. Then, through Interpretive Structural Modeling, graded model of the study was determined. Afterward, through Confirmative Factor Analysis, indicators of each aspect in different levels of interpretive structural model were defined. Research findings showed that, professional environment of industry and Supply Chain Strategy are in the highest level, then Supply Chain Culture and macro-environmental factors are in the second level of the introduced model.

Today's business environment has caused a high level of uncertainty and turbulent behavior in supply chain. Suppliers in most cases are the main sources of external risks which provide widespread levels of disruptions in supply chains. For that reason, suitable and resilience supplier selection can significantly reduce purchasing costs and lead times and increase the business continuity in case of disruptions and to comply with this, the enterprise's competitiveness and customer satisfaction. The aim of this study is Identification and prioritization of suppliers’ resiliency criteria at Avrand's Industrial Group supply chain by using combination of Fuzzy Delphi and BWM as a new MADM method. The results showed that agility, redundancy, and visibility respectively are the most important criteria in evaluating resiliency of Avrand's suppliers. Finally, based on the results of this research, some implementation and research recommendations were provided.
