In recent decade, the increasing importance of economic benefits and environmental impacts of using scrapped products has encouraged to focus on the CLSC design. This paper considers the problem of CLSC network design under hybrid uncertain conditions, under which exist two sources of uncertainty for some parameters, thus require a strengthening of the robustness of the decision. The first source is that some uncertain parameters may be based on future scenarios. The second is that the values of these parameters in each scenario are usually as imprecise and can be specified by possibilistic variables. The fixed cost of opening manufacturing centers is assumed to be non-linear and dependent upon the capacity. Possibility theory is applied to choose such solution in such a problem and a robust fuzzy stochastic programming (RFSP) approach is proposed. The performance of the proposed RFSP model is also compared with that of mean model in term of the variability and mean cost of model.

Globalization will lead to expansion of trade among different nations and and in the near future. In order to present in the international environment which is world-class, the firms are obliged to get customer oriented. The ideology of world class manufacturing associated with the challenges of strategic planning, So that best practice, has attracted experts in the science itself. World class manufacturing organization can be the best manufacturers worldwide. To produce the most valuable products and to obtain the highest rate of return by the implementation of competitive strategies. The main goal of this paper is to offer a model to evaluate the organizational performance to achieve the world class product according to customers' requirements. By studying the literature review of world class manufacturing, 14major identification factors were identified in the form of a questionnaire presented to the experts and managers of Iran Khodro machine tool Group. In order to specify the relationship and sequence of these factors through IPA method and WU approach. The results of the model indicate that 5 factors, including: price, product quality and quick response, continuous improvement and reputation of the company are the foundation for achieving the world class product. The managers can apply the results for production improvement and world class manufacturing achivement.

This paper, develop a linear stochastic programming model. The objective of model is planning for power energy capacity for facing with demand. In this model, capacity decisions are made to select the time, the location and the type of equipment for power transmission and generation expansion and also try to demand side management. The purpose of model is making decision for construction and expansion of region’s capacity by an incorporated pattern. In this study, planning horizon is 10 years. Demand and outage are considered as an uncertain factor. Attention to different way of facing with demand, demand side management and outage together are the innovations of this research. Designed model centralize in economic, environmental and sociable factors. The results are anticipation of needed capacity, planning for making power plant, providing transmission base and development of demand side management in order to increase social satisfaction. However the remaining sections described the review of capacity planning and assigned the affecting factors on it. Then formulated a linear multi-objective stochastic optimization model and optimal solutions are founded base on sample average approximation.

Developments in the world of business and new requirements leads to new attitudes which is considered essential for those involved in production and trade. New approaches and attitudes are developed about supply chain that leads to a green one. The study examined two layer suppliers: first layer (providers of the parts and raw material directly to the manufacturer), and the second layer (providers of parts and raw material for the first layer) finally the study searched for the optimal supplier among them in each layer. To rank suppliers the below item were applieid: the concepts of first and second layers suppliers, green factor, using the proposed method entitled as s"second layer". Then their associated fuzzy numbers were calculated through Hierarchical Fuzzy TOPSIS method based on different levels of alpha. The study tries to establish a systematic approach for evaluating and selecting two layers of suppliers an dat he same time taking into account environmental factors. Manufacturer Stove Companies were the study sample.

This paper treats the car sequencing problem in final assembly line considering the unexpected occurrence of parts supply disturbance. In this regard, a basic integer linear programming model is developed using GAMS software and based on that, problem solving algorithm according to a reactive approach with considering supply disturbance occurrence is presented. Considering NP-hardness of the problem, a metaheuristic approach based on variable neighborhood search algorithm has been presented. For evaluating the proposed method, sample problems in CSPLib have been used and for simulating the supply disturbance occurrence, test problems in 3 sizes of small, medium and large have been designed. The obtained results show the high performance of proposed algorithm with respect to the best existing solution in all three categories of the problem.

Supplier selection which is one of the most important activities in the supply chain, ultimately leads to customer satisfaction of organizational performance. Considering the inherent uncertainties in business environment, current study proposes an approach for selecting suppliers in order to meet customer requirements, which is a combination of quality function deployment and TOPSIS based on grey theory. The case of the study is a frequently-used part of Roshanaie Arm Industrial Co., which named astronomical time switch. Interviewing representatives of customers resulted in identification of 30 general and specific requirements of customers. Using focus group and eliminating unrelated requirements, 14 of them remained for using in quality function deployment method. After translation the customer requirements to technical specifications by engineers, 43 specifications were located in the house of quality matrix and with using and analyzing grey numbers, the weights of each were determined. TOPSIS method was utilized with grey data in order to rank the 13 domestic and international suppliers in order to determine the preferred supplier. It should be minded that purchasing parts through selected supplier enhances the conformity of technical requirements and customer needs and yields highest possible quality.

Increasing competition and dynamic environment, impose firms to gainand maintain dynamic capabilities that enable them to adapt quickly to new needs and obtain superior performance. Since integration with suppliers considers as important way to achieve a competitive advantage and superior performance, hence in this paper, the impact of the supplier integration capability (a dynamic capability which consists of sensing, seizing and transformation) on the firm performance has been investigated. Furthermore, as supplier integration capabilities can impact on performance through other capabilities, this paper explores the mediating role of organizational agility. The study is descriptive and data has been gathered from a sample of 80 active companies installed in Rasht Industrial Zone by using questionnaire. For data analysis, structural equations modeling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) algorithm has been used. The results showed that the supplier integration capability has positive effect on firm performance.
