طراحی و تدوین مدل بازاحیای بنگاه‌های‌ صنعتی ‌راکد (مورد مطالعه: استان کرمانشاه)

چکیده

 بازاحیا یک رویداد انفرادی نیست، بلکه فرآیندی است که سلسله‌ای از وقایع و رویدادها آن را شکل می‌دهند. پژوهش کیفی حاضر با هدف طراحی و تدوین مدل بازاحیای بنگاه‌های صنعتی راکد با استفاده از نظریه داده‌‌بنیاد و رهیافت نظام‌مند استراوس و کوربین در استان کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. به این منظور به کمک روش‌های نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی و گلوله‌برفی با 15 نفر از مدیران بنگاه‌های صنعتی، استادان دانشگاه، مسئولان دولتی و خبرگان بخش خصوصی، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختارمند در استان کرمانشاه انجام شد. برای بررسی روایی مدل، روش بررسی چندین‌باره متن مصاحبه‌ها برای یافتن مدلی جدید یا اصلاح مدل اولیه و نیز تطبیق با معیارهای کرسول به‌کار رفت و 467 کُد، 155 مفهوم و 42 زیرمقوله شناسایی شد. در­نهایت مدل پژوهش در قالب مدل پارادایمی ارائه شد که در آن «بازاحیای بنگاه‌های صنعتی راکد» به‌عنوان پدیده محوری متأثر از شرایط علّی پژوهش انتخاب شد. شرایط زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر به همراه پدیده محوری راهبردها را شکل دادند و پیامدهایی مانند بهبود شاخص‌های عملکردی، جذب نیروی انسانی، افزایش نرخ بازده دارایی‌ها، افزایش ارزش ویژه برند و دارایی‌های بنگاه به همراه تثبیت وضعیت مالی شناسایی شد.

چکیده [English]

Revival is not an isolated event, but a process that forms a series of events. The present qualitative research was designed with the aim for arranging a model for revival stagnant industrial enterprises using the grounded theory and a systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin at Kermanshah Province. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted with help of sampling and snowball methods with 15 industrial managers, professors, government officials and private sector experts in Kermanshah provience. In order to investigate the validity of the research model, several methods of reviewing the text of the interviews were used to find a new model or to modify the original model and also to adapt to the criteria of Crreswell and 467 codes, 155 concepts and 42 subcategories were identified. Finally, the research model was presented in the form of a paradigm model that "the stagnation of industrial enterprises" was selected as a pivot phenomenon influenced by the circumstances of the research. Grounded and interventional conditions, along with the pivotal phenomenon, formed the strategies, and the consequences were identified such as improving performance indicators, attracting manpower, increasing asset returns, increasing brand equity and firm assets, along with consolidation of the financial position.
