مدل‌سازی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش عالی ناب

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت موضوع اجرا و استقرار آموزش عالی ناب در دانشگاه، هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل‌سازی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش عالی ناب از نظر اعضای هیئت‌علمی «دانشگاه تهران» است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی ـ پیمایشی به شیوه همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی «پردیس علوم انسانی دانشگاه تهران» را در­برمی­گیرد که از میان آن­ها تعداد 147 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر‌ساخته استفاده و روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و سازه و پایایی آن‌ با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب رگرسیون، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، محاسبه مقادیر t، مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر در نرم‌افزار Lisrel موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. اعتبارسنجی مدل و نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که ابزار سنجش عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش عالی ناب دارای برازش مطلوبی است و مدل موردتأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن است که روابط معناداری بین متغیرها و سازه‌های مکنون وجود دارد و تعهد مدیریت و رهبری، چشم‌انداز و راهبرد دانشگاه با میانجی‌گری انتخاب افراد مناسب بر رضایت دانشجویان و کارایی آموزش اثرگذار است.

چکیده [English]

Given the importance of implementing and establishing lean higher education, the aim of the present study is to model and rank the affecting factors on lean higher education in terms of faculty members of the University of Tehran. The present study is applied and the collection of data was descriptive correlational.  The population of the study consisted of all members of the faculty of the Humanities Campus of the University of Tehran, of which 147 people were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used and the validity of the questionnaires was evaluated using content and structural validity. In addition, their reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research data were analyzed using regression coefficient tests, confirmatory factor analysis, calculation of t-values, structural equation model and path analysis in Lisrel software. The validation of the model and the results of factor analysis showed that the factor structure of the measuring instruments affecting lean higher education was confirmed and the model has had a favorable fit. In addition, the results of structural equations and path analysis indicated that there has been significant relationships between variables and latent structures. The results show that the commitment of management and leadership, vision and strategy of the university through the selection of appropriate people has been effective on student satisfaction and educational efficiency.
