مدل بهینه‌سازی دومرحله‌ای استوار وزن‌دار برای انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان و تخصیص سفارش‌ها در شرایط عدم‌قطعیت

چکیده

در این پژوهش، تلفیقی از روش تحلیل سلسله­‌مراتبی فازی، مدل برنامه‌­ریزی تصادفی دو‌مرحله‌ای سناریو­محور و رویکرد بهینه‌­سازی استوار در مسئله انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان و تخصیص سفارش‌­ها در شرایط ریسک تأمین پیشنهاد می‌­شود. عدم‌­قطعیت در تأمین مواد اولیه تحت سه سناریوی افزایش تحریم‌، ثبات تحریم و حذف تحریم در نظر گرفته می‌شود. در گام نخست، عوامل کلیدی در انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان شناسایی شده و با روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی به هر یک از تأمین‌کنندگان وزنی اختصاص داده می‌شود. در گام دوم، این وزن‌ها به­‌عنوان ورودی در مدل برنامه‌‌ریزی تصادفی دو­مرحله‌­ای وارد می‌­شوند و متغیرهای مرحله دوم را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند؛ سپس رویکرد فرمول‌بندی استوار مالوی برای استوارسازی و همچنین خطی‌سازی مدل به­‌کار می‌­رود. مدل حاصل یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی خطی عددصحیح است که توسط CPLEX برای یک مطالعه موردی اجرا ‌‌‌‌‌‌می‌­شود و نتایج مورد بحث و بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. در­نهایت تحلیل حساسیت بر روی پارامترهای مدل استوار صورت می‌پذیرد و موازنه بین هزینه کل و مقدار تقاضای تأمین‌­نشده نشان داده می‌­شود.
