تأثیر قابلیت یکپارچگی با تأمین‌کننده بر عملکرد شرکت با نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی

چکیده

با توجه به افزایش رقابت میان شرکت­‌ها و پویایی محیط، شرکت­ها باید به سمت کسب و حفظ قابلیت­هایی مانند قابلیت‌­های پویا حرکت کنند که آن‌ها را قادر به سازگاری سریع با نیازهای جدید و کسب عملکرد برتر می‌کند. ازآنجاکه یکی از راه‌های دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی و عملکرد برتر یکپارچگی با تأمین‌کنندگان است، در این مقاله تأثیر قابلیت یکپارچگی با تأمین‌کننده به‌عنوان یک نوع قابلیت پویا که شامل سه قابلیت فرعی درک یکپارچگی، اجرای یکپارچگی و ارتقای یکپارچگی با تأمین­کننده است بر عملکرد شرکت بررسی شده است. به این دلیل که قابلیت یکپارچگی با تأمین‌­کننده می‌تواند از طریق وجود توانمندی‌­های دیگری در سازمان بر ارتقای عملکرد تأثیر داشته باشد؛ بنابراین نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی نیز بررسی شده است. فرضیه­‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نمونه­‌ای شامل 80 شرکت تولیدی فعال واقع در شهر صنعتی رشت بررسی شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود و جمع­‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه انجام شد. مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری و الگوریتم حداقل مربعات جزئی به‌منظور تحلیل داده ­ها به‌کار رفت. نتایج نشان ­می­‌دهد که قابلیت یکپارچگی با تأمین­‌کننده به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد شرکت­‌ها دارد.
