تأثیر یکپارچگی بالادستی و پایین ‏دستی زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد و برنامه‏ کیفیت

چکیده

یکپارچگی بالادست و پایین‏ دست زنجیره تأمین باعث ایجاد هم ‏افزایی مالی، اطلاعاتی و فیزیکی میان شرکت‌های فعال در زنجیره می ‏شود که این هم‏ افزایی به‌عنوان مزیتی رقابتی برای این شرکت‌ها و کل زنجیره تأمین عمل می‌کند و عملکرد شرکت‌ها و برنامه کیفیت را ارتقا می­ بخشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر یکپارچگی بالادستی و پایین ‏دستی بر عملکرد کیفیت و برنامه ‏های کیفیت است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن تمام شرکت‌های تولیدی دارو در ایران است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون، از روش SEM استفاده می‌شود. نتایج حاکی از آن است که یکپارچگی پایین ‏دستی و بالادستی تأثیر مثبت بر عملکرد کیفیت و برنامه‏ های کیفیت دارد.

چکیده [English]

Integration of upstream and downstream of supply chain causes financial, physical and information synergies among companies in the supply chain. This synergy acts as a competitive advantage for the company and the entire supply chain operation and performance of the Company and programs to promote quality. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of integration of upstream and downstream programs on quality performance and quality programs. The statistical society of this study is all of the pharmaceutical companies in Iran. Data analysis was performed with SEM. The results show that upstream and downstream integration had positive impact on quality performance and quality program.
