ارائۀ مدل زنجیرۀ ارزش پایدار با استفاده از توسعۀ الگوی پورتر و کارت امتیازی متوازن: مطالعۀ موردی شرکت پرمیوم‌باند

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدل زنجیره ارزش پایدار با بهره‌گیری از توسعه مدل پورتر و کارت امتیازی متوازن انجام و از آن‌جا که بومی‌سازی این الگوی توسعه‌یافته، نیازمند بررسی عمیق یک صنعت و یا بنا به نیاز یک بنگاه اقتصادی نیز هست، شرکت تضامنی سیاح‌فر و خانداداش با نشان تجاری پرمیوم‌باند، فعال در صنعت ورق‌های کامپوزیت آلومینیومی، به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شده ­است. استراتژی پژوهش حاضر با توجه به اهداف تحقیق و همچنین پوشش دادن مراحل اشاره شده، از نوع کیفی، از حیث هدف، توسعه‌ای-کاربردی و از منظر متغیرها، از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی است که نتایج با استفاده از بررسی مطالعات کتابخانه ­ای و مصاحبه باز با کارشناسان، ارائه شده‌است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها با استفاده از تکنیک‌های کمّی تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره مانند روش بهترین-بدترین گزینه و روش تاپسیس در کنار نرم‌افزار‌ اکسل 2013 صورت گرفته ­است. در پایان، براساس نتایج حاصل، مـدل زنجیـره ارزش توسعه­ یافته پیشنهادی، مـدل زنجیـره ارزش جدید برای شرکت پرمیوم­ باند و شمای اکوسیستمی زنجیره ارزش در نمونه مورد مطالعه همراه با سهم هر مولفه ارزش ­آفرین ارائه شده‌است و در نتیجه، مولفه­­ های توسعه تکنولوژی و محصول و نوآوری و همچنین بازاریابی و فروش، بیش­ترین و حوزه تهیه و تامین، کم­ترین سهم ­ها را به خود اختصاص داده­ اند.

چکیده [English]

This research aimed to present a sustainable value chain model based on Porter's Framework Development and Balanced Scorecard. Since the localization of this developed model requires a deep examination of an industry or the needs of an enterprise, partnership company of Sayyahfar & Khandadash with the brand named PremiumBond, active in the aluminum composite panel industry, has been selected as a case study. The research strategy respect to the objectives and coverage of the mentioned steps is qualitative and in terms of purpose, developmental and applicative, and respect to variables, it's exploratory mixed and the results are presented using a review of library studies and an open interview with experts. Data analysis was done using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making techniques such as Best-Worst and Topsis method along with Excel 2013 software. Finally, based on the results, the suggested developed value chain model, the new value chain model for PremiumBond Company along with the contribution of each value domain and the developed value chain ecosystem profile, are presented.
