بهينه‌سازي عملکرد واحدهاي صنعتي در شرايط بحران با در نظر گرفتن فاکتورهاي برگشت پذيري اقتصادي: مطالعه موردي يک شرکت پتروشيمي

چکیده

امروزه تحمل و تاب آوری سازمان ها در مواجهه با اتفاقات ناخوشایند و مخرب به عنوان یکی از معیارهای مهم در ارزیابی آنها به شمار می رود.  توانایی یک سازمان برای مقابله با خسارات ناشی از این اتفاقات، برگشت­پذیری اقتصادی نامیده می­شود. در این تحقیق، عملکرد یک شرکت پتروشیمی در مقابله با بحران­ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. ابتدا، براساس یک مطالعه موردی جامع، یک چهارچوب مفهومی برای برگشت­پذیری اقتصادی توسعه داده شده است. سپس، یک پرسشنامه ساختاریافته براساس فاکتورهای شناسایی شده در مدل مفهومی تهیه و در بین کارکنان شرکت توزیع شده است. یک مدل تحلیل پوششی داده­های غیرقطعی (DEA) برای تعیین واحدهای کارا در شرکت پتروشیمی به کار گرفته شده است. در نهایت، یک تحلیل حساسیت برای مشخص کردن وزن و درجه اهمیت هریک از فاکتورهای شناسایی شده در ساخت یک سازمان برگشت­پذیر انجام پذیرفته است. این تحقیق، یک رویکرد یکپارچه کمی و کیفی شامل یک مدل مفهومی برای برگشت­پذیری اقتصادی و یک مدل ریاضی DEA در شرایط عدم قطعیت در کل زنجیره تامین یک شرکت پتروشیمی ارایه داده است.
