بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر موفقیت فرآیند انتقال دانش در همکاری‌های استراتژیک میان سازمانی مطالعه موردی: همکاری-های میان شرکت‌های داروسازی

چکیده

مزیت رقابتی سازمان­ها در عصر حاضر بیش از هر چیزی به دسترسی آنها به منابع دانشی بستگی دارد. تحول سریع دانش و گستردگی منابع دانشی بین شرکت­های مختلف، دسترسی به دانش را برای یک سازمان به تنهایی دشوار ساخته است. این موضوع سازمان­ها را وادار کرده که برای دسترسی به دانش مورد نیازشان به همکاری با یکدیگر روی بیاورند. آمارها نشان از افزایش همکاری­های میان سازمانی با هدف کسب دانش، علی­الخصوص در صنایع دانش بنیانی مانند صنعت داروسازی دارد. ادبیات گسترده­ای در زمینه عوامل اثرگذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش و یادگیری در همکاری­ها وجود دارد و هر یک از اندیشمندان این حوزه، از دیدگاه خودشان به تعدادی از عوامل اشاره کرده­اند اما تاکنون یک پژوهش فراگیر درباره روابط میان این عوامل و اهمیت آنها انجام نشده است. این پژوهش سعی در شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر موفقیت فرآیند انتقال دانش و یادگیری در همکاری میان سازمانی و سنجش اهمیت این عوامل و همچنین روابط آنها دارد. در این راستا ده عامل اثرگذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش از ادبیات استخراج می­شوند و در دو دسته عوامل سطح سازمان، عواملی که در کنترل سازمان هستند، و عوامل سطح همکاری، عواملی که در تعامل دو سازمان معنا پیدا می­کنند، دسته­بندی می­شوند. سپس با استفاده از نظر­سنجی از مدیران شرکت­های دارویی که شرکت ­های آن ها در همکاری­های صنعت داروسازی درگیر بودند، روابط میان عوامل و اهمیت آنها تحلیل می­شود. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که استراتژی سازمان تاثیرگذارترین عامل و سرمایه اجتماعی مهم­ترین عامل از میان تمامی عوامل می­باشد. شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش و اهمیت آنها می­تواند به مدیران، در مدیریت بهتر فرآیند انتقال دانش و موفقیت در همکاری­های دانشی کمک کند.
