Therefore, using a single inventory control method for all of these items does not seem reasonable. In the ABC inventory control system, most attention is focused on the upper class items and the subsequent classes are less important. In this study, according to ABC method 77 items of raw materials were divided into three groups, 11 of which were classified as commodity A, 16 items in category B, and 50 items in category C. Following the criteria of consumption, scarcity and criticality of items, using ABC method and fuzzy classification were used to classify 77 items and it was found that 14 items were very important, 20 items were important and 43 items were in the group. They are not important. Since lack of or in the absence of raw materials in the market can cause problems for manufacturing units, accurate identification of the goods in these three groups can be helpful in planning the purchasing and inventory control system of the companies considering the quality criteria.}, keywords = {Inventory,Inventory Classification,ABC Method,Fuzzy,Hamoon Company}, title_fa = {ارائه مدلی برای طبقه بندی اقلام مواد و موجودی ها با استفاده از روش ABC –FUZZY)مطالعه موردی: شرکت پنل سازی هامون)}, abstract_fa = {موجودی انبارها به طور معمول شامل حداقل دو دسته اقلام می شوند؛ دسته اول که بخش عمده ارزش موجودی انبار محسوب می شوند و معمولاً تعداد آنها زیاد نیست و دسته دوم که بخش کمتری از ارزش موجودی انبار را تشکیل می دهند و تعداد اقلام آن ها به مراتب بیشتر از دسته اول است. از اینرواستفاده از یک روش واحد کنترل موجودی برای تمامی این اقلام منطقی به نظر نمی رسد. در سیستم کنترل موجودی ABC بیشترین توجه به اقلام طبقه بالا معطوف بوده و طبقات بعدی از اهمیت کمتری برخوردارند. در این پژوهش ابتدا با توجه به روش ABC 77 قلم از مواد اولیه به سه ، گروه تقسیم بندی شده است که 11 قلم از آن ها به عنوان کالای A 16 قلم در طبقه ، B و 50 قلم باقیمانده در طبقه C قرار گرفتند. در ادامه معیارهای مصرف، کمیابی و بحرانی بودن اقلام با استفاده از تلفیق روش ABC و طبقه بندی فازی برای طبقه بندی 77 قلم از کالاها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و مشخص شد که 14 قلم از کالاها بسیار مهم، 20 قلم مهم و 43 قلم در گروه غیر مهم هستند. از آنجا که کمبود یا در مواردی نبودن مواد اولیه در بازار سبب ایجاد مشکلاتی برای واحدهای تولیدی می شود، تشخیص دقیق کالاها در سه گروه مذکور با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای کیفی می تواند به برنامه ریزی درخرید و سیستم کنترل موجودی شرکت ها کمک شایانی نماید.}, keywords_fa = {موجودی,طبقه بندی موجودی,روش ABC,فازی,شرکت هامون}, url = {https://jimp.sbu.ac.ir/article_87366.html}, eprint = {https://jimp.sbu.ac.ir/article_87366_47904f439130104242ab6536b97bff5d.pdf} }
